Beetroot (lat. Beta vulgaris ssp. vulgaris var. vulgaris) is a characteristic red vegetable used in cooking and nutrition.
Beetroot grown as a microgreen contains the highest and best concentrated nutrients and energy that this plant has in its composition in large quantities.
Beetroot is very difficult to produce with great care, and it takes a long time to grow, so that as a microgreen it is available as a healthy vitamin food and as an extraordinarily beautiful decoration primarily because of its fine red color.
