Beetroot (lat. Beta vulgaris ssp. vulgaris var. vulgaris) is a characteristic red vegetable used in cooking and nutrition.
Beetroot grown as a microgreen contains the highest and best concentrated nutrients and energy that this plant has in its composition in large quantities.
