Chard - Rhubarb Chard
From mid-March to the end of August. Can be sown regularly in the open ground to harvest several times. The green, red-veined leaves can be eaten like spinach or - very young - in a Baby leaf mixture with lettuce and arugula. Let the plants continue to grow to harvest the red-colored petioles or ribs later.
